According to the General Data Protection Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR) I authorize the race organization team, ASD Rally dei Laghi, and the applying service manager, Rallyenter.it, to collect and treat the above entered data. The data collected could be used to publish a list to let people aware of the current amount of applications received and confirmed, this could be done by the race organization team or the applying service manager.

The competitor and the crew members, both individually and together declare and accept, for themselves and for all people operating for them during the 34° Rally dei Laghi - Auto Classiche the following:

• a) To abide by and be bound by the International Sporting Code, the regulations of the National Sporting Regulations (and their appendices) and the Supplementary Regulations issued for the event.
• b) to have the preparation and the skills necessary to participate to events similar to the one subject of this entry form and that the vehicle registered is suitable and ready to face the race.
• c) to abide and be subject to the rules regulating the development of this race which takes place in accordance with the provisions of the International Sporting Code, the Sporting and Technical Regulations of the FIA, the ACI Sport Regulations and the Supplementary Regulations.
• d) to recognize that motor racing is a dangerous sport that can lead to death, personal injury, disability and damage to property, these facts must be considered and accepted by submitting this entry form.
• e) to relieve from any responsibility FIA, ACI Sport, ASD Rally dei Laghi, the Organizing Committee and all their officials, employees, representatives and assistants for any damage in which we can incur during 34° Rally dei Laghi - Auto Classiche.
