Data processing policy according to italian law art. 13 D.Lgs. 196/2003 of Privacy Code
According to the section 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 for the private data processing protection of persons and other entities , all the data concerning your person is processed with concreteness, legitimacy and full transparency to protect your privacy and your rights. In particular, data concerning religion, race, politics, health condition or sex life can be processed only with a written explicit consent prior authorisation from the authority responsible for privacy (art. 26).
- 1.Data processing purpose.
- Data can be gathered fot one or more of this purposes: a)send commercial comunications, news or updates on initiative organized by Buono Brutto Creativo S.a.s. di Nicola Ciciliot or companies it controls, in wich it held shares or sponsors; b)possible disposal to others of the data, intended to the realisation of marketing campaigns and to the sending commercial communications; c)data disposal to race organizators to fill application forms and all the documents/services necessary for the event, restricting the disposal to the personally submitted data through the designated functions; d)carry out the obligations under law and regulations.
- 2.Data processing procedure.
- Data can be processed with this procedures: a)singleoptin data collection, in a dedicated database; b)registration and processing on paper or electronically; c)archives organizing primarily automated, according to the technical specification of minimum security requirements, Annex B of Privacy Code.
- 3.Entities which can receive personal data.
- Data processed can be transmitted to: a)companies for direct mailing or similar activities; b)companies and events organizers pertinent to rallyes and other car racing events; c)entities with the rights to access data, according to laws, EU laws and secondary regulations.
- 4.Rights of the data subject.
- According to art. 7 (Access rights to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code, the rights, exercisable at any moment, for data processing are: a)to know, with free access, the existence of data related to yourself; b) to be informed on purposes and procedures of data processing; c)to obtain from the data controller, without delays, the confirmation of the existence of data related to yourself, even if still not registered, and the intelligible communication of this data and its origin within logic and purpose of the processing; this request can be repeated, unless valid reasons, with an interval not lower than ninety days; d)to delete, to turn data into anonymous form or to stop the data processed against law, including data not needed for the purposes and procedures for which has been collected or subsequently processed; e)to update, correct or, if interested, integrate the data previously collected; f)to go against, totally or in part and for valid reasons, to the personal data processing; g)to exercise the rights of art. 7 of Privacy Code or to delete personal data from the archives, just contact us through one of the available contact channels.
- 5.Security measures.
- All the data is protected with antivirus, firewall and strictly personal passwords, data is accessible only to authorized persons by personal authentication.
